How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–10 business days Australia-wide. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Can I exchange for a different colour or style?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

What sizes do your bags come in?
Our bags come in a range of sizes — from compact sling bags ideal for essentials-only days, through to larger messenger bags that fit a 15" laptop and daily carry. Each product listing includes exact dimensions in centimetres so you can find the right fit.
What materials are your bags made from?

Are your bags water-resistant?
Many of our bags feature water-resistant outer materials suitable for light rain and everyday use. We recommend checking the individual product description for specific details.
