Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are fulfilled from our supplier's warehouse and are typically delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australian addresses.

Delays

Crossbody Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at shop@crossbodyco.com.au and we will investigate.
